Historical September 25 snapshot: build 70009. Blizzard lists a memory-leak fix, class and talent revisions, a Cooldown Manager disabled by default and initially testable for five classes, plus numerous quest fixes. During beta, respec cost temporarily returns to 1 silver after one hour; this is not a launch rule. The notes confirm neither a new addon interface number nor a saved-data persistence fix.
